Without proper breathing, we would cease to live outside the womb! YET, proper breathing is the biggest casualty.

9 out of 10 adults are compromised Breathers; the primary cause of 80% of all the New Age Body-Mind Health ailments. In fact without proper breathing, an average adult begins to lose respiratory capacity - between 9% and 27% for every decade of life, leading to compromised living.
