4. Basic Breathing techniques | Belly drop Breathing
4. BELLY DROP BREATHING: Go on all four. Exhale totally and suck the diaphragm/abdominals totally in. Hold as long as you comfortably can. Inhale and let the diaphragm/abdominals relax and drop. Repeat till you feel the burning sensation or a minimum of 10 breath cycles.
