2. STRAW BREATHING: Purse your lips and breathe in for 4 seconds and breathe out 6 seconds. Do it 3 times a day, 5 minutes, each time. Imagine you’re blowing out through a straw, or trying to blow at a candle just hard enough for the candle to flicker.
